Cold pressed Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) is a rich source of fatty acids including gamma linolenic acid (GLA) which supports healthy skin, female hormonal balance and relieves symptoms of premenstrual tension.

Combined with Vitamin D3 as well as the antioxidant Vitamin E, it also:
- Relieves symptoms of mild eczema.
- Reduces free radicals formed in the body.
- Vitamin D helps calcium absorption, and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life.

Each capsule contains:
Evening Primrose Oil 500mg
equiv. to gamma-linolenic acid 50mg
