Zinc amino acid chelate 15mg
equiv. to Zinc 3mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 97mg
Sodium ascorbate 173.15mg
equiv. to Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 153mg
Total Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 250mg
Citrus bioflavonoids extract 5mg 

No added yeast, milk derivatives or preservatives.

Directions
Children 2-12 years old: Take 1 tablet a day, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
