Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Active Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

• Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari) dry root extract 250 mg
  – equivalent to dry root 2.5 g
• Actaea racemosa (Black Cohosh) dry root extract 20 mg
  – equivalent to dry root 200 mg
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride 5 mg
  – equivalent to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 4.11 mg
• Ubidecarenone (Co-Enzyme Q10) 50 mg
• Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 12.5 micrograms
• Magnesium glycinate 115 mg
  – equivalent to Magnesium 16.1 mg
• Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 12.5 micrograms

• Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
