Each tablet contains:

Calcium carbonate 1.5 g
• Equivalent to calcium 600 mg

Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 5 micrograms

Directions:

Adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
