Active Ingredient

Each capsule contains:

Garcinia gummi-gutta (Garcinia cambogia) dry fruit peel ext. 500mg
equiv. to fresh fruit peel (rind) 5g

No added starch, lactose, yeast, dairy products, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.

Directions for Use
Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily half an hour before a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

In very rare cases, Garcinia gummi-gutta may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. This product must not be directed for use in children, or in pregnant or lactating women.
Do not use if cap seal is broken.
* Should be used in conjunction with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity.
