Healthy Care Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg contains cold-pressed evening primrose oil providing gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) in a convenient soft capsule format.

Each capsule contains:

• Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) 1000mg
  – Equivalent to Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) 100mg
• Directions for Use
  

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
