DIRECTIONS

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Each capsule contains:
Asparagus racemosus (Shatavari) dry root extract 250 mg, equiv. to dry root 2.5 g;
Actaea racemosa (Black cohosh) dry root extract 20 mg, equiv. to dry root 200 mg;
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 5 mg, equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 4.11 mg;
Ubidecarenone (Co-Enzyme Q10) 50 mg;
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 12.5 micrograms;
Magnesium glycinate 115 mg, equiv. to Magnesium 16.1 mg;
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 12.5 micrograms.

No added milk products, preservatives or artificial flavours.

WARNINGS

Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
