Each capsule contains:
Colecalciferol 25 mcg
- Equiv. to Vitamin D3 1000 IU
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children under 12 years: Only as directed by your healthcare professional.
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
