  • Directions:

    Adults take 1-3 capsules once a day with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

    Children under 13 years, take only under direction of your healthcare professional.

  • Warning:

    If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 microgram RE, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all source is 700 microgram RE for women and 900 microgram RE for men.
