Turmeric comes from the root of the Curcuma longa plant and has a brown skin and deep orange flesh. Turmeric has long been used as an anti-inflammation agent to relieve the pain of arthritis and mild osteoarthritis. It can also relieve the symptoms of medically diagnosed irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Each Capsule Contains:
Curcuma longa extract 155mg
- Equiv. to dry rhiz 3100mg
- Equiv. Curcumin 100mg
No added gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, corn, artificial colours, artificial flavours. Artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

Directions:
Adults take 1 capsule daily with food, or as professionally prescribed.
